Shopping
on the Mayan Rivera is a delightful experience. You
will find fabulous one of a kind items, exquisite native arts,
fun beach clothing, local furniture, and more. The market
at the ruins of Tulum has some particularly nice shops and
we found the vendors to be less intrusive (this is relative
of course).
 MIXIK
is a welcome departure from the ordinary tropical gift shop
found here along Mexico's Caribbean coast. MIXIK is
loaded with colorful hand crafted items, where no two are
exactly
alike. Everything from hand blown glass bowls, vases
and decanters, to hand carved and painted wooden masks, colorful
handmade candles, unusual jewelry, clothes and more are at
MIXIK.
